You can access this feature only if you have activated the Firewall feature for Reverse-Proxy and Web services.
This feature is supported starting to Artica v4.30 with Service Pack instable 961 or Artica v4.40
CyberCrime is also available when using the Artica global firewall.
If this is not activated, you will find this section in the web firewall.
Cybercrime IP Feeds is a feature that downloads regularly compromised IP addresses found in the Internet.
It prevents your server to be attacked by already ban a bulk of IP addresses.
¶ A) Activate Cybercrime IP Feeds
- On the left menu, choose “
Web Firewall” > “Cybercrime IP Feeds” - On the left grey widget, click on Install button
- After installing, you will see a yellow widget with “No Entry” defined.
This because, Artica have to download patterns.
- After several minutes, the widget will be green with the number of IP addresses listed in database.
¶ B) Choose categories
Blocked IP addresses are stored in categories that you can disable.
These categories are visible in the "Categories" section.
Notice the column with the magnifying glass, by clicking on it you will see the category properties.
