To ensure proper operation, you must upload the files into the designated working directory.
If you're using the SSH service, make sure your user account has the necessary write permissions on this directory.This feature is available on Artica v4.50 Service Pack 3 or Artica v4.50 Service Pack 2 HotFix 20250509-14
- On the Reverse HTML site, select the Web site content tab.
You can see that the working directory has 775 permissions, meaning that both the owner (www-data) and members of the www-data group have write access to the directory.
If you are using the WebDAV service to upload files, you can increase security by restricting the permissions to 755. This limits write access to the www-data user only, which is sufficient since WebDAV operates under this user.
