When you allow users to report an issue from the error page and have email notifications enabled, you can tailor the message sent to administrators.
This feature is available with v4.50 Service Pack 6 or in v4.50 Service Pack 5 Hotfix 20251012-20
- On
Filtering service > Error page > Rules, click on your rule. - Select the Messages ( SMTP ) tab.
- Both Subject and Body can be defined with tokens
- %domain: The requested domain that matches the deny access.
- %host: The Artica box hostname ( usefull when using cluster of load-balancing farm )
- %ver: The Artica version
- %user: Username or IP address of the client.
- %policy: The Web-filtering rule name and the category
- %uri: The full requested URL
- %release: The link to quick whitelist access the defined domain and user.
