You can see on the realtime monitor a “NONE - Service Unavailable” with an IPv6 address on the destination column
¶ To Force proxy service to use IPv4:
Check if IPv6 is really disabled on the Network section.
Force the proxy to use an outgoing address with an IPv4 network interface using “all” object
