Upgrading from 4.30 LTS to 4.50 LTS requires Service Pack 210
We suggest to perform this operation in a no-production time.
Artica will restart some services for the upgrade…
- On the left menu, go to
Your System>Update - Ensure the option Update Services Packs is enabled.
- Click on Verify button
- You should see a new Service Pack 210 available, click on Update to upgrade to Service Pack 210.
- Wait about 5 minutes.
- After few seconds, in the top-right bell, you will see a new notification that suggest to upgrade to 4.50 LTS
- Click on Update Artica button
- A new layer is displayed, click on Install / Upgrade Artica v4.50
- The upgrade will download about 150 MB of package and extract it.
- After the installation, you will be redirected to the logon page, perform a CTRL +F5 in order to clean the cache console.
