Clicking the “Incidents” option in the notification bell currently leads to a 404 Not Found error.
Applying a Service Pack or Hotfix does not automatically update the Console’s web engine settings.
To apply any changes, you must reload the Console service.
- On the left menu go to
Your System > Web Console. - Click on the “Reload” top button.
