Enable encrypted communication between the agent and the Zabbix server using a Pre-Shared Key (PSK).
This mode ensures that all monitoring traffic is protected with TLS and that both sides authenticate each other using a shared secret identity.
PSK is lightweight, fast, and does not require certificate management.This feature is available on Artica v4.50 Service Pack 7 or Artica v4.50 Service Pack 6 Hotfix 20260225-3
- Inside Artica, click on the Passive Checks link
- On the Passive checks, turn ON the checkbox TLS+PSK option
- After saved, you will see the PSK key and the identity id, copy both values
- On the Zabbix server, under the host settings, select “
Encryption” and click on the PSK button. - Paste the Identity and the PSK key in the form.
