Adding a new disk can be done during production mode, it is not necessary to restart the virtual machine.
Add your virtual disk in a traditional way.
- Go to the Artica Web console as “System administrator” or “Manager”
- In the left menu, choose “Your System” / “Your hard disks”
- If you did not see you news disk, click on “Re-scan the system disk” button
- Click on the icon inside the “Action” column.
- A new popup is displayed and ask to you to name the new disk with its label.
- You new disk is formatted and mounted automatically.
- Usually, Artica mount disks in the
/mediafolder with the name defined during the format task.
