The debug mode allows you to understand why certain rules are not correctly understood or if the filter's behavior does not correspond to what is written in the configuration.
¶ Enable the debug mode
- On the left menu, go to
SMTP router > Artica Milter - Click on the Debug mode on the center section
- Turn on the Debug option and click on Apply button
- Replicate the issue by sending a message to your Artica SMTP appliance
¶ Export logs
- On the left menu, go to
SMTP router > Artica Milter - Click on the Events Tabs
- Click on the Download Mail Log file in order to get the entire content of the log file
