This rule is the opposite of a default filter rule.
Whereas a filter rule blocks sites hosted by blacklisted categories, this rule bans all sites not referenced in white lists.

- You can see 2 errors inside the table according your rule:
No category has been added: Means that you must specify which categories are allowed in the whitelist section.- In this method, blacklisting categories is strictly pointless, as the principle of this rule is to block all sites except those whitelisted.
That's why the second error “Unknown whitelisted websites are banned” just tells you what to do.
It's not an error in itself, but many users make mistakes with this behavior.
