By default, Artica will test Internet access by attempting to connect to the Microsoft server www.msftncsi.com using the proxy service or associated parent proxies.
If it fails to do so, it will display an error and a report in the Web console.
¶ How to disable this notification
- Use the Artica v4.50 Service Pack 1 or Artica v4.50 Hotfix 20250205-13
- On the left menu, go to
Your System > Update > Internet Access - Click on the link Do not check Internet access (Proxy service)
- Turn ON the “Do not check Internet access (Proxy service)” option
