The Internal Load Balancing service uses a method that allows the server with the lowest number of connections to receive the connection. The round-robin is performed within groups of equally loaded servers to ensure that all servers are used. This algorithm is dynamic, which means that server weights can be adjusted on the fly in case of slow startup, for example.
This option was available first on Artica 4.30 Service Pack 385 and has been improved with the Service Pack 933
It allows only one rule, you can't create multiple rules that use this principle.
If a rule is already using load balancing, the other rules do not show you the option
