The server's certificate was signed by a Certificate Authority (CA) that your client does not trust.
This feature was enhanced starting Artica v4.50 Service Pack 5 or Artica v4.50 Service Pack 4 Hotfix 20250709-16
Even though you're providing a client certificate, the client still needs to verify the server's certificate, and this error occurs.
¶ Check certificate on the HaCluster load-balancer
- Open the configuration on your node on the HaCluster server.
- Click on the Client Certificate
- On the generated client certificate, verify that the Master certificate is not in red ( missing )
¶ Reset the certificate
This operation aims to rebuild the client certificate and send the certificate data to the client node so that it refreshes its settings.
- Click on the first column label of the node in order to open the node status zoom.
- Click on the button “Reset certificate”
- If it does not fix, try reseting certificates for all nodes
