kinit: Preauthentication failed while getting initial credentials
- After adding the backend proxy server and launch the synchronization, you see the status “Kinit failed”
- In backend events, the details of this error can be seen as kinit: Preauthentication failed while getting initial credentials
This means you have changed the password defined in the HaCluster configuration that results the kerberos ticket is invalid.
You need to rebuild the Kerberos ticket and upload it again in the HaCluster Active Directory section.
