When using filters with user groups, Artica only searches for users belonging to the specified group. Child groups are not processed.
Recursive searches take longer and can add latency.
However, you can force Artica to perform recursive searches by enabling this option.This feature is available with Artica v4.50 Service Pack 1 or Artica v4.50 Hotfix 20240329-10
- On the left menu, go to the ACL section.
- Click on the “Recursive Search button”
- Click on the button to enable the recursive search
