Artica offers you the update to the Official Hotfix 20241020-21 for Artica v4.50.
The automatic process is having difficulty performing the update.
Please note that you can do it manually.
¶ Download the Hotfix

¶ Apply the Hotfix
After applying the Hotfix, the Web console may be unstable for about 3 minutes.
- On the left menu, go to Your
System > Update - Click on the “
Manual update” under the main green widget. - Chose the 20241020-21.tgz downloaded file
- Wait during the upload and installation
