This error may occur on a physical system where Windows is already present.
You should see
Failed to create a filesystem.The efi file system creation in partition #1 of SCSI3 (0,0,0) ( sda) failed
Ignore this error; it simply means you're installing Artica on a system that was previously formatted by Windows.
Select the "Continue" option — the next screens will allow for a full reformat of the system.
