These hardcoded categories are requested even if you do not have an Enterprise license.
That's why in the real-time monitor, some sites are categorized without doing anything.
We add the most requested sites on the Internet to these hardcoded categories (Google, Microsoft, Youtube...).
This way, Artica does not need to request the reputation server in the cloud and provides categorization for a very large part of the surfing.Available on Artica v4.30 Service Pack 937
However, hardcoding these categories will override the Artica categories in favor of the Cguard categories or your own categories.
To do this, you can deactivate the use of hardcoded categories.
- In the left menu, choose Filtering service / Features.
- Select Filtering service tab.
- Turn on “Disable harcoded categories” option.
