the Unix console menu lets you perform basic operations if the Web console is down
This procedure is available for Artica v.4.50 > service Pack 3
If you don't have physical access to the Unix console but have enabled SSH access, open an SSH session and run /usr/share/artica-postfix/bin/logon-artica
- On the Unix Console, choose the “Web console menu” subitem
- Select the “Restart Web Console Service” menu and type Enter key
