This is added in Artica 4.30 Service Pack 273 with the Proxy cache v5.x.
Based on release of first middle of 2021 Artica is provided as 4.30 Service Pack 118 with proxy version 4.15
If you upgrade to Proxy version 5.x and Artica Service Pack 273 and recompile your proxy parameters, you will automatically rules inside the relatime event accesses.
