The proxy log center allows you to create rules that cause the proxy to write specific log files to monitor Internet access from separate sources
On the left menu, choose “Your Proxy” > “Proxy Events” > “Events Center”
Click on New Rule button
Set the rule name and select “Write logs to a local file” as type.
Click on Add button
Your rule is created and you can see where the log file will be created on the Artica Box
Click on the rule in order to specify the source object.
Click on Objects tab.
Click on New Object button
Select Source IP address on the “Create a new object based On" drop-down list
Click on Associate button
Click on the created object.
Click on New item button.
Add the source IP address and click on Add button
Finally, click on Apply rules in order to make it in production mode.

Use the Artica v4.40 Service Pack 84 in order to have capabilities to download the file. Basically, you can use FileZilla or WinSCP to get the target file using SSH protocol
