When a virus is found, a red error page is generated, to modify it you need to use the Errors pages section.
The v4.30 Service Pack 407 fix the issue of unable to extract the template from the main table.
- Under “Your Proxy”, select “Errors pages”.
- Click on “Error Pages” tab.
- On the search field, type “VIRUS”
- Select the “ERR_ICAP_VIRUS” template name
- Modify the HTML code of the template content
