By default, the DNS service uses the DNS servers configured for the system to resolve unknown domains.
You can disable this configuration.
This feature is available with Artica v4.50 Service pack 1 or v4.50 Hotfix 20241215-20
- On the left menu, navigate to
DNS > DNS Cache Service > Forward zones. - Click on the Unkown domains link
- Turn OFF the “Use System DNS” option
- Set your DNS servers:
If you add :[Port] ( eg 1.2.3.4:53 ), then , it will use tcp instead of udp
You can add :853 to use DNS with TLS.
