Return back to Active Directory section | See: KDC resolv false with 4.40 and DNS Cache service
This error is caused because, Artica try to resolve the special record “_ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.[domain]” and the provided DNS refuse or cannot forward this request.
If the host cannot be resolved, Artica return false and understanding that the provided domain controller DNS domain is wrong.
If you are sure you settings are correctly set, you can use the “Do not try to resolve the PDC attribute” option that for Artica to skip this test.
