When using Artica on Debian 10, when upgrading the PHP engine, there may be a conflict between the PHP 7.4 version used by Artica and the 7.3 version used by the system.
The solution is to reboot and reconfigure the web interface ( not the system ) via the Unix console.
- On the main menu choose “
Web Console menu" item
- Type enter into the “
Restart Web Console service” item
