The Super Admin ( Manager ) account is a local Artica Administrator account with full Web interface rights on your appliance.
This specific account only works for the Web console.
It does not allow you to access the system via bash or SSH. ( it's not the root account )
¶ What is the default username and password ?
There is no default user account and password because this account is modified when you go through the installation wizard at the very beginning.
However, if you did not change the default values, the username is Manager and the password is secret.
¶ How to change the SuperAdmin credentials
There are two methods to modify the SuperAdmin account: via the web console or via the Unix menu.
- Logon on the Web console using the SuperAdmin account ( Manager )
- On the TOP-left menu, click on the My Account link
- On the Account section, click on the member link
Click on the “Change” button under the Super-Admin field.
- Set the new account and password
