In some cases, if you don't have access to the Web console, and to evaluate your settings, pinging a post or the gateway can validate that the network is working.
Under the main menu, you have a “Ping” entry, choose it an type Enter key.
- Enter the IP address or the hostname you want to send ICMP packets.
- If the ping is a success, the menu shows you statistics.
- Otherwise, an error is displayed
