Client nodes authenticate using SSL and a client certificate.
This method ensures that the nodes downloading the cluster package are authorized to connect to the infrastructure.
- On the master server, click on the
Client certificatesrow. - A new interface is displayed that lists all client certificates authorized to communicate with the Cluster service.
- Click on the “New Client certificate” button.
- The most important is the “
User name” field, which will be used to recognize the client node. - Click on “Create” button in order to build a PFX certificate.
- The new client certificate is added in the table.
- Click on the download icon in order to retreive the pfx certificate.
