Click on New Rule.
The Whitelist interface rule allows you to
Select the Web Site : Click on Choose to select the Web site you want to use for the scope of this whitelist rule. If no web site is defined, the scope of this rule will be all websites.
Choose the Web Application Firewall rule number that detect the thread: If you want to whitelist only a specific rule, set the rule number. If you set it to 0, it means all rules.
Under pattern add the string that can be matched in the User-Agent string: In our example, we want to whitelist all versions of MDM so MDM/1 is correct, it will matches *MDM/1* Add the prefix “User-Agent:” in order to let Artica understand that you need to matches inside the User-Agent header instead of the URL : User-Agent: MDM/1
