In theWeb Firewall > Audityou can see blocked access according rules.
If you estimates that the rule is a false alarm, you can disable it from several ways.
On the Rule column, click on the rule id number link
A new popup is displayed.
The first tab display the matched rule for all websites, the Button “Disable for All sites” allows to disable this rule for all websites that have the web firewall enabled
If you click on the website name tab, your disable the rule from a specific website that have matched the rule by clicking on the “Disable for This site”
The button “Disable for this Path” allows you to disable the rule on for the website and the query path
