Return back to the web error main page service
Each rule allows you to customize the messages generated in the error page.
Thus it is possible to modify the information text according to the type of blocking encountered by the user.
Please note that the use of the error page works when trying to access the HTTP stream.
The ssl stream can not be broken, see this article to understand the limitations.
- In the Web error page “rules”, click on a created rule.
- Select the “Skin” tab
- You can define the text associated to the behavior defined in the rule.
- On each text you can set “
none” as a value that force the Web error page service to not display the text. - You can also set the “
default” as value that force the Web error page service to display the original text. - When you change the text ( except the “default” value ) the text is displayed in all cases and all language.
The default value is able to change according to the language used.
