Socks proxy services are used to bypass network restrictions and access websites, services, or applications that are blocked in a certain region. They can also be used to maintain privacy and security while browsing the internet.
- On the left menu, go to “
Universal Proxy server” > “Services” - Click on the “
New service” button - Set the service name and choose "
SOCKS4/4.5/5 gateway serviceoption. - Click on Add button
- A new windows is displayed and shows you option of your new service. You can set:
- The listen port, where you client will use the socks proxy, the listen interface where the service listens, the outgoing interface where the socks service will use to be connected to Internet and the max connections at the same time.
- Your SOCKs service is now available.
