You receive unlimited authentication popup and in proxy relatime monitor, you receive this error

- This means that you have restricted the Kerberos options in the account used to join the domain.
Open your Active Directory management console and look for the account used by Artica to join the Kerberos domain.
Make sure that no Kerberos options have been set.
