Sometimes we notice requests to websites that don't seem to be transferred correctly.
And it's difficult to quickly test whether access to the target website may be coming from the network or the Internet web server or proxy service.This feature is available on Artica LTS 4.50 + Hotfix 20230705-16 or Artica LTS 4.50 Service Pack 1
This feature checks direct DNS resolutions, then simulates a connection to the proxy to verify that the problem is not coming from the client, and finally tries to connect in direct mode to verify that the proxy routing corresponds to a direct line.
Please note that functionality only checks proxy routing.
The authentication method will not checks, and tests will pass through your ACLs and Web filtering rules.
In Example, on the Proxy Service requests, we can see that access to the domain farm.plista.com
- click on the domain link
- Select Troubleshooting tab.
- Click on the green button.
- It's simple, if its red then the proxy have network issue ( DNS / Routing / no-existent web service ).
