You have connected the proxy to your Active Directory server using NTLM method and in the realtime monitor, you receive this error :
Deny - ERR_CACHE_ACCESS_DENIED - Authentication Required, NT_STATUS_NO_LOGON_SERVERS
- This means the join between your Artica proxy and the Active Directory is broken due to something changed on the privileges.
- On the left menu
Active Directory>Status, click on the “Analyze" button on the right side. - You should see a red widget under “Is connected”
- Just click on “Reconnect” button in order to re-establish the link between your Artica server and your Active Directory.
