It is necessary to tune the TCP keepAlive on the SSL port.
- For this open the Listen port section and click on your listen port that decrypting SSL sites.
- On the TCP Keepalive timeout, click on the “Modify” icon
Define these values:
- Idle: 60 seconds.
- Interval: 30 seconds
- Timeout: 3 seconds
- After Click on Reconfigure ports and restart service
