¶ Setup the Proxy Pac Service
To create the proxy PAC service, you need 2 components.
- Optional, the reverse-proxy service will provide HTTP transport (only required on 4.30 SP206/208 )
- The Proxy Pac service will provide the auto-generated PAC script against your rules.
The reverse-proxy service can still be used if you using a 4.30 Service Pack 900 or 4.40 but is not necessary to make it work.
You can use the reverse-proxy for providing a PAC file if you plan to use HTTP multiple services to the same port.
¶ Install the Proxy Pac Service
- On your system / features, search the pac word and click on install on the “Proxy.pac Web engine”
