This method allows you to confirm if the access to the indicated site comes from a network problem external to your server or from a problem related to the configuration of the proxy service.
It is available on Artica v4.30 Service Pack Instable 915 or Artica v4.40
If you enable this option, a tool will test the Internet access on the specified URL every 5 minutes.
If the tool cannot connect, a report will be sent with the critical level.
- On the left menu, go to Your Proxy / Status
- Select the Watchdog tab.
- Turn on the option “Network proxy analysis by URL”
- Set the url to test ( by default https://www.google.com )
- Click on Apply button
