¶ Overview
The Interface Watchdog is able to reconfigure network if it detects a failed linked interface (for example an unplugged cable or a reloading driver).
¶ Enable Interfaces Watchdog
- On the left menu, choose “Network” and “Interfaces”
- Select “Parameters” tab.
- Enable the watchdog for the desired interface directly on the tabel checkbox or, depending of your Artica version, click on desired interface and then click on the button "Install The Watchdog" located at the bottom.
OR
When enabled, Artica will automatically reconfigure the network on a failed interface and send a notification with the last kernel events to see why the link was suddenly down.
