This feature is available on with Artica 4.30 Service Pack 367 or above
- On the left menu, click on “DHCP/TFP” and “DHCP server”
- On the left part click on the “Support Tool” button.
- Confirm the support tool generation.
- Wait during the generation
- When the progress reach the 100%, you will be able to download the package.
