Before continue.
Use only this method if the your Artica server can't communicate with the Licensing Server
¶ Download the Key License from Licensing Server

On servers tab click on the "download" button inside "Actions" column of the server you want to export.

Save the file.
The name of file is the UUID of the server. DON'T RENAME IT!!
¶ Upload the Key license on Artica Server

Access to your Artica server (https://ipaddress:9000)

On left menu click on "Your System" and the "License"

Inside License menu click on the button "Key File"

Select the key file that have the UUID equal your Artica server.
