Sometimes, it may be helpful to post process what comes from your application.
Maybe you would like to add a string at a certain point in your page to show which front-end server delivered that page to the client.
Or maybe you would like to perform a transformation on the rendered HTML page.
Starting to 4.30 Service Pack 171, you can create rules that perform search and replace in content of your website.
- On your reverse website, choose the “options” tab
- Select the little button near the “Replace Rules” label
- Click on “New Rule”
- Add a description of your rule.
- Under the pattern, set what can be found in web pages.
- Under Replace by, set the content you want to replace when matching pattern.
- Click on “Apply parameters to the system” to make your rules in production mode
