Set a local Debian system repository cache |
Note: This option is only valid if you have created a Debian update repository.
If you have not done so, you will not see the option.
The use of the reverse-proxy is not necessary to make it work because the Debian repository service uses its own web engine.
However, if you have installed the reverse-proxy service AND the Debian repository service, you need to perform this procedure
- On the Web Services / Services, create a New service.
- Give the name of the service and select the “Create a Debian Mirror reverse-proxy” option.
- Select your freshed created website
- Select “Server names” tab.
- Set the hostnames you want to use for this web service.
- Click on “Apply” button
- Select “Ports” tab.
- Define the listen interface and HTTP Port.
- Click on Add button
- Finally, compile your website using the right arrow column.
