This error need you to reconnect the proxy every morning to make the surf working again.
The Workaround is to disable the task that change the trust password maintenance operation.
This workaround is avbailable in Artica 4.30 SP407
The computer trust password is changed each 30 days by the Active Directory that is a default behavior.
The require Artica to synchronize this account password periodically in order to avoid the issue after 30 days.
Sometimes, this operation make the connection unstable and you see “Change trust password failed” error in Active Directory events
- To fix it, on the left menu, choose “Active Directory” / “Join the domain NTLM”
- On the table, click on the “Update domain member machine account password” button/link.
- This will deny Artica to update the trusted password of the computer in the Active Directory
