¶ Windows 10 server VPN issue with Artica
If you using Artica as Gateway, you should see the following error :
To fix this issue, use the Artica 4.30.00000 Service Pack 237 or above.
The network connection between your computer and the VPN server was interrupted. This can be caused by a problem in the VPN transmission and is commonly the result of internet latency or simply that your VPN server has reached capacity. Please try to reconnect to the VPN server |

- On the left menu, choose “Network / Interfaces”
- Click on “Options” under the Artica Act as Gateway status
- Turn on the option “Enable the VPN PPTP Compliance” option.
