You received this error:

You have upgraded your PowerDNS version and the required field is utf8 instead of latin1
You need to update Artica to 4.40 version Service Pack 28
- On the left menu, use
DNS>PowerDNS system>local domains. - Click on the Repair MySQL tables button.
