When using SMTP authentication via an Active Directory server, the user who has logged in can send messages from any sender e-mail address.
This object checks that the logged user has the correct email address stored in its Active Directory account.
Artica Milter will check the "proxyAddresses", "mail", "userPrincipalName" attributes to list emails.
- On the objects list, choose the Sender Active Directory account object
- If the transaction is not authenticated, then the object report false.
- If the authenticated account send a message with the correct From address then the object report true.
- If the authenticated account send a message with an unknown email address the the object report false
