When trying to connect to the Active Directory, an error occurs Unable to resolve xxxx or Unable to resolve your Active Directory domain Controler, please check the link .... in 4.30 Service Pack 200 or above.
- On the left menu, click on DNS/DNS servers menu
- Verify that the Primary DNS server use the IP address of your Active Directory server.
- On the TOP/right menu, click on Services status
- Search the DNS Cache service and click on the restart icon.
